Once we receive the item and inspect it, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
Generally, most items can be returned. However, certain items like clearance products, media, hygiene or perishable goods (if applicable) may be non-returnable. These exceptions will be noted on the product page.
We take quality and accuracy seriously. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
