Thank you for shopping at Astro Wholesale LLC. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we offer a 30-day return policy subject to the terms below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery
- Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them
- Be in the original packaging with all tags attached
2. Non-Returnable Items
For reasons of safety, hygiene, or product integrity, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Opened or used hygiene or beauty products (e.g., razors, cosmetics)
- Opened or used health and wellness products
- Food or edible items once packaging has been opened or tampered with
- Products clearly marked as "Non-Returnable"
3. Return Process
- Email us at Send a message with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide a return authorization and instructions.
- Ship the item back using a trackable method.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item.
